Mind + Body Connect
Mind + Body Connect is a program that runs throughout the year. It aims to use physical exercise to as a tool to reduce anxiety. This program accepts students who are experiencing mind to moderate anxiety in small groups, based on availability.
There is an application process. Please contact email@example.com for the application package and more information.
We are accepting applicants on a continuous intake basis. Please apply with your availability for the term.
