Mind + Body Connect

Mind + Body Connect

Mind + Body Connect is a program that runs throughout the year. It aims to use physical exercise to as a tool to reduce anxiety. This program accepts students who are experiencing mind to moderate anxiety in small groups, based on availability.

There is an application process. Please contact for the application package and more information.

We are accepting applicants on a continuous intake basis. Please apply with your availability for the term.

PAWS with Flynn

For some well-deserved stress relief, visit NAIT’s official assisted therapy dog, Flynn, at one of his drop-in sessions.
